Vampire fiction with an Aussie twist.
Not sure what to make of this one. Lots of stuff for my consumer society angle (vampires drug music festival crowd with a drink called Juice which contains vampire drug and is addictive). I might also be able to use it for my eco-gothic stuff too ... the ocean as a metaphor of death (the vamps live underwater) and nature as monstrous.
It's stil not as good as Thirsty but I'll keep it in mind for the'ol thesis.
